Excellent writing and drafting skills required. Must be a member of the Florida Bar. Attorney: Fowler White Burnett has an immediate opportunity in the Miami office for an International Tax Attorney with a minimum of 15 years of substantive experience advising clients in international tax matters. international estate planning and structuring matters, and capable of managing the sophisticated tax aspects of investments and real property transactions. Ideal candidates must possess a transferable book of business, a LL.M. degree in Taxation and be a member of the Florida Bar. Fluency in the Spanish language is preferred but not required.

Fowler White has an immediate opening in its Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach office for an experienced Matrimonial and Family Law Attorney with experience in all aspects of family law litigation.  Ideal candidates must possess a transferable book of business.  Must be admitted in Florida.

  

Attorney: Fowler White has an immediate opening in its Miami office for an Immigration Attorney with experience in U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based matters such as EB-1, EB-2, EB-5, H-1B and other H visa classifications, TN, L-1A and L-1B, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3, and PERM process as well as family based immigration law experience.   Ideal candidates must possess a transferable book of business.

Attorney: Fowler White has an immediate opening in its Miami office for a Transactional Attorney with 5+ years of corporate/international experience in business and trademark. Portable book desirable but not required.  Excellent writing and drafting skills required. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese required and must be a member of the Florida Bar.

Attorney: Fowler White has an immediate opening for an attorney with 10+ years’ experience in wills, trusts, estate planning and probate matters.  Duties would include meeting with clients, preparing probate pleadings and all related documents, managing court dockets, maintaining own files and preparing trust accountings and/or fiduciary accountings. Candidate must have LL.M. in Tax or Estate Planning and the ability to structure sophisticated estate plans and document same. Ideal candidates must possess a transferable book of business.

Attorney: Fowler White Burnett has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Medical Mal-Practice Attorney. Responsibilities include providing legal analysis and advice, preparing and filing legal pleadings and documents, performing legal research, preparing for and conducting pre-trial discovery, preparing for and conducting administrative and judicial hearings, civil jury trials and post-trial activities. Must be admitted in Florida. 

Attorney: Fowler White has an immediate opportunity for a Tax Controversy Attorney with 10+ years of substantive experience advising and representing clients with controversies with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), including providing expert assistance at every stage of the resolution process, from audit examinations to tax appeals and tax litigation and experience with both substantive issues and procedural matters in federal tax controversies. Ideal candidate must possess a transferable book of business, a LL.M. degree in Taxation and be a member of the Florida Bar. Fluency in the Spanish language is preferred but not required.
