Daniella P. Piñeros is an Associate in the Medical Malpractice Practice Group. She focuses her practice on all aspects of medical malpractice law. Prior to joining Fowler White Burnett, Daniella worked for a large statewide firm where she focused her practice on civil litigation, primarily within the field of insurance defense.
Daniella attained her J.D. at St. Thomas University School of Law where she served as a staff editor for the St. Thomas Law Review. In addition, Daniella was an active member of the St. Thomas Moot Court Board, where she competed in the National Moot court Competition, helping her team win second place best brief. Daniella served as a legal intern with the Office of the City Attorney for the City of Miami. During her third year of law school, Daniella served as a certified legal intern for the Miami-Dade Office of the Public Defender, Appellate Division, where she authored appellate briefs and presented an oral argument before the Third District Court of Appeal. Daniella earned her B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Florida International University. During her undergraduate studies, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Cristina Miranda, Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
