Fowler White Burnett Adds Three Attorneys to Insurance Practice in Fort Lauderdale

Fowler White Burnett today announced that Seth Burack, Yelena Shneyderman and Avery Dial have been named associates. All three will work in the firm’s insurance group in its Fort Lauderdale office, where they will focus on insurance defense, coverage litigation and bad faith claims.  They will also assist with professional analysis and coverage opinions for all types of insurance policies including professional liability, commercial general liability, directors and officers, homeowners associations, disability and automotive. 

Prior to joining Fowler White Burnett, Burack was a summer associate at Kozyak, Tropin & Throckmorton in Miami, where he handled complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. Before this, he was a summer associate with Hermelee & Geffin in Fort Lauderdale. Burack received his law degree and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The George Washington University.

Shneyderman was previously an associate with Stephens, Lynn, Klein, LaCava & Puya in Miami, where she focused on insurance coverage litigation and appellate law. Prior to this, she was a judicial clerk with the Honorable Angel A. Cortiñas in Miami, where she prepared case summaries for appellate proceedings. She holds a law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a bachelor of arts degree in Russian and East European studies from Florida State University.

Before joining Fowler White Burnett, Dial was an associate with Seiden, Alder, Mathewman & Bloch in Boca Raton, Fla., where he focused on commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense and professional liability defense at the trial and appellate levels.  Dial was also previously an associate with Cooney, Mattson, Lance, Blackburn, Richards & O’Connor in Ft. Lauderdale, where he specialized in insurance coverage, estate litigation and personal injury cases.  He received his law degree and a bachelor of arts degree in English from the University of Florida.
