Jessica Frank Joins Fowler White Burnett’s Miami Office
Fowler White Burnett today announced that Jessica Frank has joined as the firm’s Miami office as an associate.
Prior to joining Fowler White Burnett, Frank served as an associate with Tew Cardenas in Miami, where she handled complex commercial litigation matters. Specifically, she focuses her practice on securities and shareholder litigation, corporate governance litigation, SEC and NASD enforcement defense, financial institution litigation, accounting malpractice, lender liability and director and officer defense. She holds a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, magna cum laude, and bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
