Eduardo Serrano focuses his practice on international matters, specifically international trade and finance. He regularly drafts international contracts for U.S. outbound investors, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and distribution of products and services. He also assists clients with worldwide registration and maintenance of trademarks and with responses to USPTO Office Actions.
Eduardo’s corporate practice involves the preparation of commercial contracts, including stock and asset purchase agreements, consulting, shareholder and licensing agreements, as well as the execution of other business transactions.
In addition, Eduardo is a member of the Immigration Group. He assists clients with employment-based immigration matters, such as immigrant and non-immigrant visas in all categories and professions, labor certification and priority worker petitions.
Prior to joining Fowler White Burnett, Eduardo served as General Counsel to regional businesses in the banking and finance industry. As Vice President of Legal Affairs for a South Florida corporation, he partnered with foreign governments to develop and implement public infrastructure projects in Latin America and Europe. Eduardo also provided counsel on finance, engineering, project management and construction issues.
