Elizabeth Ferry focuses her litigation practice on the defense of product liability and toxic tort claims.
She regularly represents a broad variety of clients in personal injury, wrongful death, negligence and property damage claims arising from exposure to products. She is familiar with a wide range of materials used in the manufacture of allegedly hazardous products, including asbestos, benzene, and silica, as well as the diseases commonly associated with exposure to them.
Elizabeth has recently become involved in state and federal multidistrict litigation concerning allegedly defective Chinese drywall. She currently represents suppliers in personal injury and property damage claims brought by hundreds of plaintiffs across Florida and several other states.
Elizabeth also handles premises liability matters. She defends premises owners and operators against personal injury suits concerning premises liability, negligence, negligent security, exposure to mold and other toxic substances, and other related issues.
