Sara Soto’s practice encompasses a broad range of securities litigation and arbitration matters. She represents leading national and regional brokerage firms and corporate officers in matters involving customer disputes, employee disputes and disputes with other brokerage firms.
With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Sara is often called upon to lecture on topics related to complex securities arbitration and compliance. Sara was also a former arbitration trainer for the National Association of Securities Dealers.
