Fabian Pal concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and international law. He counsels clients with respect to corporate transactions, corporate governance and finance, specifically private equity financing. His practice encompasses the structuring, negotiation and documentation of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic alliances involving privately owned companies.
Fabian represents start-up companies and established multinational corporations across a broad range of industries, as well as entrepreneurs. In each engagement, he works closely with clients to understand and meet overall business needs and objectives.
Fabian has significant experience executing complex and cross-border M&A transactions in Europe and Latin America. Clients benefit from Fabian’s knowledge of international regulations and familiarity with cultural differences. As clients increasingly pursue business interests outside the U.S., he is able to identify opportunities and resolve potential challenges.
