As chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights & Business Restructuring Group, Ron Neiwirth handles bankruptcy proceedings and the full range of insolvency matters throughout the U.S. and locally, on behalf of foreign liquidators. Ron’s far-reaching experience includes Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations, real estate workouts, debtor-in-possession financing, cash collateral stipulations, bankruptcy litigation and international insolvency proceedings.
He represents a diverse group of clients, including publicly and closely held companies, bankruptcy trustees, official and unofficial creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, in addition to investors of assets and distressed companies, claims purchasers and financial institutions.
With nearly 40 years of experience, clients rely on Ron for strategic, sound counsel. He provides clients with a thorough analysis of the legal and economic challenges surrounding each matter and develops workable solutions that meet specific objectives.
