As chair of the firm’s Family Law Group, Greg Lewen leads a team of attorneys and support staff devoted to all aspects of marital and family law. With 15 years of experience, Greg brings an exacting command of the law, communication and negotiation skills, and a sense of compassion to his practice. It is this approach that enables Greg to successfully address both the legal issues of each case and the emotional challenges confronting his clients.
Based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, Greg provides representation to individuals throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. He also represents high-net-worth individuals and well-known personalities from the sports and entertainment industries.
Greg handles every type of family law matter, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, divorce proceedings, child custody matters, spousal and child support determinations, modification of court orders and enforcement actions. In addition, he frequently deals with complex family matters, such as contested custody disputes, relocation cases and international kidnapping.
