With nearly 35 years of experience, Donald Kubit is knowledgeable in many areas of law. He has extensive experience negotiating and executing corporate and real estate transactions for business entities, non-profit organizations and individuals. Don ensures that each transaction complements the overall business objectives of his clients. Intellectual property also contributes to the success of a business, and Don obtains and manages trademark and service mark registrations.
In addition, Don handles the administration of trusts and probate estates, and guardianship matters. He helps clients commence guardianships of minors and incapacitated adults, and he regularly represents leading South Florida hospitals with the institution of emergency temporary guardianship proceedings.
