Patricia Amaducci’s practice involves the full range of insurance litigation. She focuses on first and third party insurance coverage and liability disputes involving bad faith, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and products liability. Patricia regularly litigates cases in state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums for both corporate clients and individuals.
A significant portion of Patricia’s practice involves the defense of insurance companies and their insureds in claims throughout the United States. With more than 10 years of experience, she has handled cases involving catastrophic injuries and multi-million-dollar damages and she has gained valuable insight into cases with allegations against home and condominium associations, the transportation industry, and foster care and family services providers.
Patricia regularly deals with complex, protracted litigation. Her strategic approach involves a comprehensive review of the allegations, as well as potential future claims and exposure. In order to achieve favorable results that complement overall business objectives, Patricia works closely with clients to address the benefits and risks associated with trial and settlement strategies.
