Erin Gaskin practices commercial litigation and insurance defense, with a particular emphasis on medical malpractice.
Erin holds a master’s degree in public health and prior to practicing law she worked as a mental health counselor and educator. This position allowed her to gain practical experience in the medical field and familiarity with the inner workings of administration departments within hospitals. She is among the team of attorneys who represent a major South Florida medical school, and she has contributed to the successful defense of complex multi-million-dollar medical malpractice claims.
As a civil litigator for ten years, Erin also has a wide range of experience handling cases involving professional negligence, premises liability, products liability and bad faith claims on behalf of business entities and major insurance carriers.
In the commercial arena, Erin represents companies and individuals in matters involving contract disputes, fraudulent practices and trademark infringement.
