Viviana Loshak practices Commercial Litigation with an emphasis on insurance-related matters. In addition, she counsels major corporations on a wide variety of claims and issues.
Viviana has experience with a variety of insurance-related matters and policies, including: commercial, professional liability, automobile, healthcare, directors and officers, errors and omissions, homeowner, and property policies. She handles coverage disputes, from providing coverage evaluations and opinions, to handling and prosecuting declaratory judgment and rescission actions. In addition, she practices bad faith litigation, defending and counseling carriers with respect to first-party and third-party bad faith claims.
She also represents business entities in a wide-variety of claims, including breach of contract, indemnity, negligence, strict liability, professional liability, wrongful death, statutory violations, warranty breaches, and premises liability. Viviana also provides general business advice and counseling.
Viviana received her Juris Doctor degree, graduating Cum Laude in the top 7% of her class, from St. Thomas University School of Law. While in law school, she served as Senior Article Editor for the St. Thomas University Law Review. She was a member of the Moot Court Board, earning the title of “Champion” and “Best Overall” in the 2008 Fall Intramural Competition. She received her undergraduate studies at Florida International University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
