Alyssa represents companies and individuals in a variety of business disputes, including claims arising from fraudulent or deceptive trade practices, officer and director liability, shareholder derivative claims, partnership and LLC agreements, and other breach of contract disputes. She also handles real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes, foreclosure cases, and construction disputes.
Alyssa additionally has experience handling class actions, intellectual property disputes, and defamation claims. Lastly, she has assisted clients with employment matters involving claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
