With nearly 30 years of experience, Dennis Nowak focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. A highly-experienced trial attorney, Dennis represents public and private companies, including financial institutions and their officers and directors, in a wide variety of high-stakes business disputes. Dennis' extensive experience includes the defense of securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, securities litigation including corporate governance litigation, complex commercial litigation, business torts, internal investigations, letters of credit disputes, loan defaults, mergers and acquisitions, lender liability and real estate litigation. In addition, Dennis represents clients in investigations and enforcement actions by the Securities Exchange Commission, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and other regulatory agencies.
Dennis also has considerable experience representing both attorneys and accountants in professional liability matters arising from a variety of claims, such as breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and negligence.
